Premier-cru

A golden champagne with green glints, fine and discreet bubbles. A delicate and light champagne with very pleasant floral notes. Dried rose and earthy aromas on the nose. Made from the first wine, its elegance comes from the ageing of these three varieties.

50 % Chardonnay
25 % Pinot Meunier
25% Pinot Noir
Dose 8g / litre
Malolactic Fermentation
Drinking Temperature: 8-10°C

Champagne and food pairing: Appetisers. Foie gras.
White meat (poultry, veal, sweetbreads).
Exotic food (curry, Thai and Indian food).
Deserts made with dried fruit
